You can only donate to an endowment fund for which the sponsors have explicitly permitted your donation. If you know the sponsors personally, contact them directly. Padakshep will not be able to communicate with the sponsors on your behalf. 

Before donating to any endowment fund, please know about the project in details and check if the sponsors asked your support at this point. As a supporter of an endowment fund, you should read the terms and conditions carefully.
