Kalidas Ghosh Memorial Scholarship

Kalidas Ghosh Memorial Scholarship is set up to promote excellence in the areas of Arts and Humanities. The fund will be used to support outstanding students from financially challenged backgrounds pursuing studies in these areas. The endowment is created in loving memory of Kalidas Ghosh - a bright young man whose life was unfortunately cut too short. Kalidas, a student of English literature and a great football player, was a dreamer with a big heart. He was never the one to compromise on his values, and always had a big smile on his face. His achievements may have been limited by his time on earth, but his promise never was. So, in his memory, we want to support a new generation who will fulfill that promise and keep his spirit alive – forever.
